I love the metallic purple color. Easy to clean. No problems. The embossing on the side is not really noticeable. This review is from: Platinum Pets 32oz Electric Purple Stainless Steel Embossed Non-tip Dog Bowl (Misc.) I'm impressed with this bowl. The dark purple is really beautiful and definitely 'Electric'. The coating looks of a better quality than my existing bowl which seemed to scratch and chip pretty easily. I like the decorative embossing of bones and paw prints. The rubber ring does not fit like second skin, but again it seems to fit more snugly than the ring on my existing bowl. I bought this for kibble- and though it may not hold 32 oz of liquid, it will hold that much or more dry kibble/food; and maybe that is what the product is actually marketed for. I'm very happy with it and I can't wait to see the one I ordered in bright pink! The size and color are great, but the weight of the bowl leaves something to be desired, it's pretty light. Even with the rubber grip (which never really stays on the rim) it can slide around on the carpet. I would've preferred something with some weight to it.
